Calibra™ is the newly developed tool that minimizes waste of Emicizumab by calculating the most efficient combinations of full vials. It then computes the revised time between infusions, and if the myCalibra™ app is enabled, will also notify the patient when time to infuse.

Calibra™ was developed between the WAPPS-Hemo research team, the core group of PopPK developers, and Hemalytic, in response to multiple requests from the WAPPS user base to support different levels of personalization of Emicizumab treatment.
WAPPS-Hemo is the internationally recognized Web-Accessible Population Pharmacokinetics Service that allows accurate PK predictions based upon sparse samples. It was developed by Dr. Alfonso Iorio, Professor and Chair in Clinical Epidemiology at McMaster University in Canada.
In this presentations, Dr Iorio takes you through the operation of WAPPS and includes the latest features of the platform. Dr. Iorio provides his insights into the underlying clinical rational for the functions including the powerful Clinical Calculator, the corresponding patient app – myWAPPS, and the latest addition, the Dashboard, which provides a Doctor oriented interface to review information collected by myWAPPS.
